Kalamata olives sourced from the Olive Grove of Saluté Oliva, which is located in the beautiful country side of Central Victoria nestled in between two lakes. The clean environment and fertile soil has allowed their olive trees to grow using organic certified principles, the way nature intended.
The semi-dried olives have been cured following an old recipe - full flavoured without any of the vinegar taste. Ideal on cheese platters and in red meat stews.
