Phillippa’s keeps all personal information submitted in the strictest confidence. The information is kept on a secure server and is only used to process orders from Phillippa’s. This information will not be released to anyone other than necessary to fulfill your order. We will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party outside of Phillippa’s without your permission.
Third-Party Service Providers: Phillippa’s uses Third Party providers to process orders and to deliver packages. Phillippa’s may provide these companies your email address ONLY to provide customers up to date delivery tracking of dispatched orders.
Cookies: Our website uses “cookies”, which are small data files that are stored on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies enable you to shop on our website and may be used in a variety of ways to enhance or personalize your online browsing and shopping experience. Cookies may be used to personalise your visits to this website, eliminate the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information, and enable us to improve the content, reliability and functionality of this website. Accepting a cookie will not give us access to any data on your computer other than the data stored in the cookie. Although you may configure your web browser to not accept cookies, you may experience a loss of functionality as a result.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders can be shipped Australia-wide, delivered locally to select suburbs (see below) or collected from our stores.
Shipping to any destination within Australia will be by courier delivery services. You will receive an email to confirm your order and another email on the date that the goods are dispatched.
If your net invoiced order is more than $100, we will ship it for free within Australia to most capital city locations when parcel weight is under 5kg.
Click & Collect is available for customers to order online and pick up from our Armadale, Brighton or Richmond stores. Turnaround times are usually the following day, however this may vary for some products that are out of stock or require longer time to perfect, such as sourdough breads and hampers. Contact the store directly if you would like to confirm the availability of your items.
Local delivery in the Armadale area is no longer available.
We reserve the right to change rates at any time or substitute a product that is not currently available with a similar product. We also reserve the right to change the delivery fee for large orders and those in remote locations.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Payment terms are as follows:
Payment types accepted are Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are billed in Australian dollars. You will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website. A confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and value of order.
Phillippa’s currently uses 128 bit SSL encryption, keeping your credit card details secure.In the event that your credit card is declined we will not be able to guarantee delivery of your goods. You can contact us to make alternative payment arrangements.
At our discretion we may decide not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the order and contact you to inform you that your order will not be processed. We may process this order or further orders if you make a payment.
Items that are no longer available will be removed from the website and excluded from your processed order and therefore you will not be charged for them.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
All prices are subject to price and availability confirmation.
We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
Phillippa’s will only accept returns for the following scenarios:
• Goods damaged or faulty upon delivery.• Goods that vary from their description on this website.
• Goods supplied incorrectly.
Our warehouse Team inspects each delivery for quality and does not ship damaged items. However, if you do receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us and we will arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.

We are committed to take precautionary measures and ongoing safety for our staff members, visitors, respective client members and ongoing interaction with associated people. We are doing our best to maintain our standards. We are closely monitoring the situation and we will update the amends to our procedure as required and/or as directed by the Australian Department of Health or relevant state.
Immediate actions have been taken in various sections and processes, and supported via the guidelines set out in our policy, and control measures will be reasonably practicable depending on the work being carried out in the facility.
