PASTRY COOK - ARMADALE
We are seeking a full-time candidate who is passionate about pastry and cakes with attention to details. They must also enjoy working as a team. If you're organized, a quick worker with a can do attitude, and be able to cope with the demands of producing high quality product from premium local and sometimes organic ingredients, then this could be the job for you.

MANAGER; RICHMOND OUTLET STORE
Full Time, Tuesday to Saturday
We are seeking a full-time candidate who is passionate about customer service, food and coffee. You will enjoy working autonomously while running a small team. If you are organized, a quick learner with a can-do attitude, then this could be the job for you. Barista skills required. This could be a stepping-stone for an aspiring manager. It is a small operation, most days you will work on your own but are required to oversee the operations of the store.
Managing the Outlet store in Richmond involves: •creating and resourcing the roster, 7-2.30 M-F, 7-12.30 Sun•ordering stock, managing wastage•setting up the store for trade and selling •making excellent coffee •closing and cleaning•improving systems•Answer phones and take orders when needed•other Admin duties typical of a small office.
You will have great selling skills. You have had responsibility in roles you have held in the past and can work with the team to resolve issues. You are responsible, reliable and can create a fun-effective environment for the team to work within.We will give you training in how rosters are created, how the store operates, ordering of stock, close of the store, cleaning and all the peripheral activities which go with operating a retail store.This is a small team of people, a low stress, fun store to work in with lovely customers.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - RICHMOND
2-3 days per week
You will be working amongst the action in our small enthusiastic customer-focused admin team, located in our production facility. Our breads and groceries are all produced on this site from local fresh premium ingredients using traditional methods. We dispatch our wholesale orders and online sales from here and run a small outlet in Richmond by the river.
Prior experience not essential, however assertiveness and good phone manner is. You will bring a positive vibe, will be trained and be able to develop varied admin skills within a good company culture.
•Flexible hours•Receive and allocate payments daily•Chase late overdue payments •Reconcile Bank Receipts Daily•Collect receipts from credit card customers weekly by credit card•Update Weekly Vend sales reports•Update Monthly Stock Take reports•Order office supplies as required•Pay for orders by credit Card when needed•Monitor 4 emails – resolve any issues daily•Any Ad Hoc tasks as requested•Send Invoices to Suppliers weekly that have requested•Send credit notes when requested•Answer phones and take orders when needed•other Admin duties typical of a small office
