Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, orders can be shipped Australia-wide or collected from our stores. 

Shipping to any destination within Australia will be by courier delivery services. You will receive an email to confirm your order and another email on the date that the goods are dispatched.

If your net invoiced order is more than $150, we will ship it for free within Australia to most capital city locations when parcel weight is under 5kg. We reserve the right to change the delivery fee for large orders and those in remote locations.

Can I pick up my order from a Phillippa's store? 
Yes, Click & Collect is available for customers to order online and pick up from our Armadale, Brighton or Richmond stores. Turnaround times are usually the following day, however this may vary for some products that are out of stock or require longer time to perfect, such as sourdough breads and hampers. Contact the store directly if you would like to confirm the availability of your items. 

What are the shipping rates?
We ship via Australia Post and other courier services, and fees are calculated based on their rates. The shipping fees will be auto-calculated at checkout. 

Online orders valued at $150 or more are shipped FREE to one delivery location. 

Do you ship internationally? 
No, we do not currently ship internationally. However, we are pleased to partner with Sally Clarke and our customers can order special hampers to be delivered in London. View the hampers at https://www.sallyclarke.com/shop.

Can I bulk order gift hampers?
Yes, our hampers make great gifts for staff, clients, family and friends, and can be ordered in bulk. For hampers to one location, you can select the hampers and pay for them online. For bulk hampers to multiple locations, you'll need to download and complete the Bulk Order Form on our Gift Hampers page, and email it to us. We will calculate the order and shipping, confirm it with you and send you an invoice that can be paid online. Alternatively, you can order by calling us on (03) 9428 5363 or emailing hampers@phillippas.com.au.

Can I add a personalised message for a hamper recipient? 
Yes. You can provide a personalised message and we will put it on a lovely gift card and include it with the hamper/s. Maximum 20-30 word limit per message.

Can I return my order? 
Yes, we will only accept returns for the following scenarios:

• Goods damaged or faulty upon delivery.
• Goods that vary from their description on this website.
• Goods supplied incorrectly. 

Our warehouse team inspects each delivery for quality and does not ship damaged items. However, if you do receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us and we will arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund. 

Please do not return any goods prior to contacting Phillippa’s. We will need your proof of purchase prior to accepting any return. Please keep your receipt.

Do you have a Coronavirus COVID-19 Policy?
Yes. We are committed to take precautionary measures and ongoing safety for our staff members, visitors, respective client members and ongoing interaction with associated people. We are doing our best to maintain our standards. We are closely monitoring the situation and we will update the amends to our procedure as required and/or as directed by the Australian Department of Health or relevant state.

Immediate actions have been taken in various sections and processes, and supported via the guidelines set out in our policy, and control measures will be reasonably practicable depending on the work being carried out in the facility.
