Ingredients:
- 1-2 butter lettuce bulbs, washed and well dried
- 1/2 cup chopped Phillippa's Herbed Spiced Nuts
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tabs of Phillippa's Red Wine Vinaigrette
Method:
- Cut lettuce into wedges and lay them out in a fan pattern
- Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on top of the lettuce, finishing with chopped chives.
- Drizzle dressing over just before serving.
