Our traditional Phillippa's Hot Cross Buns are chewy, moist, pert and aromatic! We make them with organic vine fruit, minimal yeast, slow fermentation, premium fresh spices and house-made candied peel from unwaxed oranges sourced at the Farmers' Market, and finish them with a shiny glaze. Enjoy fresh or toasted with cold butter.
Hot Cross Buns are best consumed fresh or within 3 days toasted. They can be stored in the fridge for at least two weeks, sprinkled with water and heated or frozen and consumed when you run out of fresh buns!
