1. Demonstration Bread Making Class
6.00 – 9.00 pm
Learn how to make yeasted bread from scratch – mixing, kneading, proofing, moulding, using different flours, shaping including bloomer and baguette shapes. Discover which flours are suited to yeasted doughs (time doughs). Enjoy supper and a glass of wine (provided by Bress), as well as 10% discount off shopping on the night (via credit card). Maximum 16 attendees.
2. Hands On Sourdough Bread Making Class
6.00 – 9.00 pm
Understand how to make a sourdough starter and keep it alive. Learn to mix, knead, shape and prove sourdough. Discover which flours are suited to sourdoughs. Take home a loaf you have shaped and baked, and a loaf to bake at home as well as the beginnings of your own sourdough starter. Enjoy supper and a glass of wine (provided by Bress), as well as 10% discount off shopping on the night (via credit card). Maximum 10 attendees.
