Cardamom Biscotti

I have been a consumer of Phillippa Grogan's pastries since the Armadale store was opened , I think in 1994. I delighted in afternoon tea there with my mother and wife on many, many occasions and I can say the quality is sublime. The recent addition, Cardamom, to the Biscotti range is beautifully textured yet I think the Fennel and the Chocolate versions are harder in texture than previous versions. I may be wrong, because I am getting older, but the flavours are still on point and I either dip them in a nice coffee or my favourite liqueur, Green Chartreuse VEP. Thank you for this experience Phillippa and if you are ever in the Yarra Valley, do call in to Domaine Chandon, where I work as a sommelier, and I will look after you.
