October Limited Edition Lemon & Pistachio Bun

For the month of October we are baking a limited edition Lemon & Pistachio bun. This bun features cinnamon and cardamom rolled throughout the dough with a cinnamon butter filling. Finished with a lemon glaze and topped with pistachios.
