Transform our household favourite into a delicious dessert to serve to guests.
Ingredients:
- Phillippa's Belgian Chocolate Brownie
- 300g of ricotta, or crème fraîche, or whipped cream
- Toppings of choice: fresh raspberries, strawberries, dried oranges, grapes
Method:
- Cut Phillippa's Belgian Chocolate Brownie slice into even squares
- Place on top a dollop of ricotta or crème fraîche or whipped cream
- Add toppings of choice on top of each brownie square including raspberries, strawberries, dried orange or grapes.
- Serve on a beautiful plate to guests as bite sized pieces.
