Belgian Chocolate Brownie Petit Four

Transform our household favourite into a delicious dessert to serve to guests. 

Ingredients:

  • Phillippa's Belgian Chocolate Brownie
  • 300g of ricotta, or crème fraîche, or whipped cream
  • Toppings of choice: fresh raspberries, strawberries, dried oranges, grapes

 

Method: 

  • Cut Phillippa's Belgian Chocolate Brownie slice into even squares 
  • Place on top a dollop of ricotta or crème fraîche or whipped cream
  • Add toppings of choice on top of each brownie square including raspberries, strawberries, dried orange or grapes.
  • Serve on a beautiful plate to guests as bite sized pieces.
