Ingredients:
- 4x Red Apples
- 1x packet of Phillippa's Cinnamon & Walnut Granola
- 300g Crème Fraîche
- 4tbsp brown sugar
- Tin Foil
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees fan forced
- Core four apples and place in chosen dish
- Place a generous spoonful of Phillippa's Cinnamon & Walnut Granola inside each cored apple
- Place a dollop of Crème Fraîche on top of each apple
- Sprinkle each apple with brown sugar on top of the Crème Fraîche
- Place foil on top of the dish/apples and place in the oven for 1-2 hours or until golden brown
- Serve to four guests or eat all by yourself. Yum!
