Ingredients:
- Phillippa's Cranberry Granola
- St David Dairy Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp freeze dried raspberries
- 2 strawberries
- 3 raspberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
- Fill the bottom of your vessel of choice with Phillippa's Cranberry Granola
- Then place your desired amount of St David Dairy Yoghurt on top
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of chia seeds on top of the yoghurt
- Chop two strawberries and place on top of the granola, yoghurt and chia seeds as well as three raspberries and a handful of blueberries.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of freeze dried raspberries on top as well as a handful of pumpkin seeds
- Voila !
