Our blue ribboned pudding is made with butter to suit vegetarians. We include our own candied orange peel, loads of Australian vine fruit, Phillippa’s Breadcrumbs and plenty of brandy.

This goes perfectly with our Caramel Brandy Sauce, which is available during the Christmas period!
