We heard you all last year! And this year, we have gone back to Phillippa's Classic Christmas Cake Recipe, time honoured and, as we have learnt, a staple of Christmas for many!
These Christmas Cakes are made to a family recipe with house-made, unwaxed candied orange peel, Australian dried apricots vine fruit, candied fruit and local Brandy. Excellent with cheddar and muscat and a great addition to your festive feast.
Our Christmas Cakes are available in small 700g or large 1.2kg sizes.

Unfortunately the Christmas cake is too dry and quite crumbly . I am reallly disappointed in the cake and when I started to cut it and serve it did not hold its shape .Also the taste was very uninteresting for a cake which in my opinion should be rich and moist
I purchased 4 items from you as a Christmas present for my family, cake, pudding, mince pies and biscuits. They were delighted with everything, especially the mince pies , they said everything was delicious, and tasted home made!
