Cranberry Shortbread

I ordered mince pies, cranberry shortbread and granola from Phillippas.
I know from past experiences how delicious the mince pies and shortbread are. The fruit in the pies is top quality and not too sweet. The shortbread buttery and with plenty of cranberries.
The granola was new to me, it’s delightfully crunchy full of fruit, seeds and nuts. I’m thinking of ordering some more.
I’d like to add that the order arrived very promptly.
