Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Phillippa's Cranberry Shortbread, 200g
- 1 x 140g Philly cream cheese, full fat
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp finely zested orange skin
- 1-2 tbsp cream
- 2-3 large pieces freeze-dried orange rings, cut into small segments
- 1 zip lock bag
Method:
- Mix cream cheese with sugar, zest and enough cream to form a smooth consistency that will hold it's shape when piped.
- Spoon into zip-lock bag.
- Snip 1cm triangle off one of the corners.
- Lay the biscuits out on a beautiful plate.
- Pipe some cream onto the top and finish with a segment of orange.
- Serve within a few hours. Can be refrigerated.
