Our orange ribboned pudding has a clean, aromatic flavour and light texture, perfectly suited to our hot climate. This traditionally made plum pudding includes our own candied orange peel, loads of Australian vine fruit, sweet spices, brandy and enriched with suet for a lighter texture. Together, this luxurious blend of ingredients creates the distinctive rich aroma we associate with festive occasions.
This goes perfectly with whipped pure cream and our Caramel Brandy Sauce!
Available in 900g (serves 8-10).

Ordered online as a click n collect. Provided as a gift. Looks lovely but was very surprised at how small it was. I recently bought another well-reviewed pudding that was much larger and considerably cheaper - would’ve repurchased that one (even though it involves a bit more driving) if I’d realised the size difference.
