Based on a Sally Clarke recipe, this Lentil Bake shows off the humble lentil. Cooked with vegetables and herbs, and finished with crunchy seasoned parmesan breadcrumb. Serve with baguette and garden salad or as a side to meat of fish.
This ready to heat take home meal serves 2-3 or 4 as a side. Freezes well.
